The Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil have been shown to have a wealth of benefits for children as well as adults. In particular, Omega 3 may help to maintain:
- Healthy brain development and function.
- Ability to concentrate for longer periods.
- Adequate Omega 3 levels in children who do not like fish.
Each capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil in triglyceride form. Once the oil is purified and screened for pollutants it is poured back into its natural ‘wrapping’ - fish gelatine made from fresh fish. BIOmega-3 Kids also has a pleasant lemon flavour.
