Times
Orders placed before 2pm (UK) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. We will endeavour to deliver the following day but please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK and up to 14 days for non-UK addresses.

Availability
We will list an item's availability on that item's detail page. We cannot be more specific than what is said on the page. Sometimes an item will become available after you have placed your order. We will inform you by email if an item becomes unavailable.

Costs
Delivery is free for all shipments within the UK. Deliveries will be despatched by first class post for orders up to £100, and by Business Post for orders over £100.

Orders to Europe cost only £3.95 post and packing, regardless of quantity or size. The rest of the World is only £5.95 post and packing, regardless of quantity or size. The postage charge will be added when you transfer to PayPal for payment.

Customs and Duty
Please note all shipments to US and the rest of the World may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
