Shopping Help
1. Search our online shop until you find a product you would like to buy.
2. Add the product to your basket by selecting one of its options from the list displayed and clicking 'Buy Now'.
3. You can view your basket at any time by clicking on 'View Your Basket' which is on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Select as many other products as you like in the same way.
5. When you have finished shopping, click on 'View Your Basket' and your basket will be displayed, with a summary of delivery details and any special offers available. You can also enter any applicable discount or offer code in the space provided, click 'submit' and your basket and price will be refreshed. Next, click on the 'Checkout' button.
6. If you are an existing customer, simply login and you will be able to access details of any previous orders. If you are new to the website, please fill in the Customer Details and press 'submit'.
7. You will now be transferred to PayPal's secure server where you can provide your payment and delivery details Please note: If you require delivery to a different address you will need to change the address displayed.
8. Choose your Payment Method and follow the instructions given by PayPal. You can cancel and return to the multivits website should you change your mind during this process. You can also opt to pay using PayPal without setting up an account with them.
9. You can print out the summary which appears on screen. We will also send you a confirmation email to the address provided.
10. Should you have any queries about placing your order using PayPal or if you would like to order by phone, you can call us on 0044 (0) 1670 534900, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
11. Your products will be dispatched the same day if ordering before 2pm on a weekday, or the next working day if after 2pm or on a weekend or bank holiday.

If you are still uncomfortable giving us your card details over the internet you can order your goods by phone, have your card details handy and call us on 0044 (0) 1670 534900. Or by post, simply download the order form, print it and send it to us with your cheque. You have the option to pay by cheque with PayPal as well.
