Shipping Information

Times

Orders placed before 2pm (UK weekdays) will be dispatched the same day first class or courier post. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. We will endeavour to deliver the following day but please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK and at least 20 business days for any addresses outside the UK.  International deliveries are often received before 20 working days, but our postal service cannot gurantee this. 

Availability

We will list an item's availability on that item's detail page. We cannot be more specific than what is said on the page. Sometimes an item will become unavailable after you have placed your order. We will inform you by email if an item becomes unavailable.

Costs

Delivery is free for all shipments within the UK. Deliveries will either be despatched by first class post or UKMail courier (based on weight and order value at our discretion).

Orders to Europe cost only £3.95 post and packing, regardless of quantity or size. The rest of the World is only £5.95 post and packing, regardless of quantity or size. The postage charge will be added when you transfer to SagePay for payment.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to all countries.  This is due to restrictions imposed by our postal services.  You will be notified at the point of order should we be unable to ship to your country.

Customs and Duty

Please note all shipments to US and the rest of the World may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
